GENERAL RULES & INFORMATION'S RELATING TO ADMISSION
(i) No candidate shall be entitled to claim admission as matter of right.
(ii) Admission to any programs in college in college can be cancelled, at any
stage if any information furnished by the candidate at the time of admission is
found to be incorrect.
(iii) A student of any programme who fails in annual Examination or cloud not
take Annual Examination for reasons other than shortage of attendance will not
be readmitted. However, He/She may be allowed to re-appear as an Ex-student in
the next Annual Examination. The Institute may provide to such students the
facility to attending classes/ sessional test etc.
(iv) Failure to submit any of the documents required at the time of admission
along with fees etc. will result in cancellation of candidature.
Note: The above exclusion in subject to the other candidate and
requirement laid down by the University Academic Council form time to time
(v) Selected candidates are required to deposit fees (details of which will
be listed on the notice board of the college along with the list of the selected
candidates) as early as possible after the announcement of selection. In any
case, by the date and time, notified for the purpose in the prospectus failing
which their admission will stand cancelled without any further notification.
(vi) Selected candidates must join the programme on the opening day of new
academic session as notified on the notice board of the Institute.
(vii) Admission of a student on the basis of wrong statements or information
will be cancelled when it comes to the notice of the Institute, all fees paid
till then shall be forfeited and necessary action will be taken.
(viii) All selected candidates will be required to produce the following
documents alongwith attested copy of each at the time of admission:
a) High School/ Secondary School certificate for Verification of age.
b) Detailed statement of marks of the qualifying examinations passed.
c) No objection certificate (original) form the present employer where
applicable.
d) Reserved category certificate required for establishing his/her laid for a
reserved seat.
e) Students admitted to this college shall be governed by the provisions of
the rule made by the college governing body as well as the Act, ordnance &
Regulation Rules of University.
f) Fitness certificate issued by the C.M.O.
CAUTION: If after verification, it is found that the information (s)
or certificate (s) produced is/are false. criminal proceedings will be initiated
against the concerned person tuition fee etc.

The office working hours for students are from (Monday to Saturday) 10am to
5pm

MEDIUM OF EXAMINATION & INSTRUCTION
: Medium for Examination Hindi/English for all papers opted for by the candidates.
ATTENDANCE
: Attendance of every student shall be compulsory for every lecture and for
every practical students who have not put in at least 75% attendance will not be
permitted to appear in the examination. Provided that for special reason a
shortage in the percentage of attendance will not be permitted to appear in the
examination. Provided that for special reason a shortage in the percentage of
attendance not exceeding 15% of the total number of lectures and practical work done
may be condemned as below:
(i) A shortage upto 5% of the total number of lectures delivered and
practical work done may be condemned by Institute for Sufficient reasons.
(ii) A further shortage upto 5% of the total number of lectures delivered and
practical work done may be condemned by Institute for Sufficient reasons.
(iii) A further shortage upto 15% may be condemned by the Executive
Committee on the specific recommendation of the College Principal
REFUND OF FEES:
No fee will not be refunded after taking admission.
IDENTITY CARD
: The admission of a candidate will not be completed unless he/she has an
Identity Card issued by the Principal's Office. Admission is liable to be
cancelled, if a student does not have an Identity card issued and entered in the
Principal Office register within a month of admission.
STUDENTS DISCIPLINE
:
(I) Disciple includes the observance of good conduct and orderly behavior by
the students of the University.
(ii) The following and such other rules as
termed by the University from time
to time, shall be strictly observed by the students of the college.
(iii) Every student of the college shall maintaining discipline and consider
it his/her duty to be have decently at all places. Male student shall, in
particular, show due courtesy and regard to female students.
(iv) No student shall visit places or areas declared by the Principal
"Out of Bounds" for the students.
(v) Every student shall always carry on his/her person the identity card
issued by the Director.
(vi) Every student, who has been issued the identity card shall have to
produce or surrender the Identity card, as and when required by the proctorial
staff, Teaching and Library staff and the Officials of the Institute.
(vii) Any Student found quality of impersonation or of giving a false name
shall be liable to disciplinary action.
(viii) The loss of the identity card, whenever it occurs, shall immediately
be reported in writing to director.
BREACH OF DISCIPLINE,
INTERALIA, SHALL INCLUDE:
(i) Irregularity in attendance, persistent, idleness or negligence or indifference
towards the work assigned
(ii) Causing disturbance to a Class or the Office or the Library, the
auditorium and play ground etc.
(iii) Disobeying the instructions of teachers or the authorities.
(iv) Misconduct or misbehavior of any nature at the time of electrons to the
student bodies or at meeting or during curricular or extra-curricular activities
of the University.
(v) Misconduct or misbehavior of any nature at the Examination
Centre.
(vi) Misconduct or misbehavior of any nature to wards a teacher of any
employee of the college or any visitor to the University.
(vii) Causing damage, spoiling or disfiguring to the property/equipment of
college.
(viii) Inciting others to do any of the aforesaid acts.
(ix) Giving publicity to misleading accounts or ramous amongst the students.
(x) Mischief, Misbehavior and/or nuisance committed by the residents of the
hostels.
(xi) Visiting Places of areas declared by the Principal as out bounds for the
students.
(xii) Not carrying to produce or surrender the Identity Card as when
required by Principal and other staff of the College.
(xiii) Any other conduct anywhere which is considered to be unbecoming of a
student.
STUDENT FOUND GUILTY OF BREACH OF DISCIPLINE SHALL BE LIABLE TO SUCH
PUNISHMENT, AS PRESCRIBED BELOW:

However, no such punishment shall be imposed on
appearing student unless he is
given a fair chance to defend himself. This shall not preclude the Governing
body of Institute from suspending an student during the tendency of disciplinary
proceeding against him/her. all powers relating to discipline and disciplinary
action in relation to the student shall visit in Governing Body of Institute,
However, President of governing body of Institute the may delegate all or any of
his powers as he deems proper to his / her Director / Principal or to the
discipline committee as the case may be or any functionary of Institute.
