GENERAL RULES

(i) No candidate shall be entitled to claim admission as matter of right.

(ii) Admission to any programs in institute can be cancelled, at any stage, if any information furnished by the candidate at the time of admission is found to be incorrect.

(iii) All the candidates are governed by the rules of U.P.Technical University (as amended from time to time) in the matters of their admission.

TIMING: The college working hours are:

The office working hours for students are from (Monday to Saturday) 10am to 5pm Timings (Study Hours)

The institute working hours are from (Monday to Saturday) are as follows:

a) M.B.A.. 10am to 4pm

MEDIUM OF EXAMINATION & INSTRUCTION : Medium for Examination is English for all papers opted for by the candidates.

ATTENDANCE : Attendance of every student shall be compulsory for lectures and for practical. Students who have not put in at least 75% attendance will not be permitted to appear in the examination.

REFUND OF FEES: No fee will not be refunded after taking admission.

IDENTITY CARD : The admission of a candidate will not be completed unless he/she has an Identity Card issued by the Director's Office. Admission is liable to be cancelled, if a student does not have an Identity card issued and entered in the Director’s Office register within a month of admission.

STUDENTS DISCIPLINE :

(I)   Disciple includes the observance of good conduct and orderly behavior by the 
      students.

(ii)  The following and such other rules as termed by the institute from time to time
       shall be strictly observed by the students of the institute.

(iii)  Every student of the institute shall maintain discipline and consider it as his/her
       duty to have decently at all places. Male student shall, in particular, show due  
       courtesy and regard to female students.

(iv)  No student shall visit places or areas declared by the Director as "Out of  
       Bounds" for the   students.
