ADMISSION
: Admission to all Courses are open for all men and women from all parts of
the country.
Eligibility For A
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
(A) A candidate should have a Bachelor's degree of a recognised university
with minimum of 45% marks in aggregate and and must have obtained a
minimum of 45% marks separately in two school subjects at the Bachelor's
degree level.
OR
He / She should possesses Master's degree in a common school subject with
atleast45% marks in aggregate.
NOTE:
Only those two subjects for practice teaching will be allowed which have
been studied by the student up to graduation level and facilities
for which are available in the College preferred by the
student.
Reservation as per Government Rules.
On the Free Seats, reservation shall be as follow :
Certificates required for seeking admission on reserved
seats
Candidates claiming reservation as
mentioned shall be required to submit the following certificates as the
time of counseling and admission:
For admission on a seat reserved for the
Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes, the original and an attested
true copy of the certificate from an approved district authority
stating the Scheduled Caste or the Scheduled Tribe, as the case may be,
which the candidate claims to belong to a list of approved authorities is
given below:-

District Magistrate, Additional District
Magistrate, Deputy Commissioner, Collector, Additional Deputy
Collector, Ist Class Stipendiary Magistrate, City Magistrate { not
below the rank of Ist class Stipendiary Magistrate}, Sub-divisional
Magistrate, Taluk Magistrate, Executive Magistrate and Extra Assistant
Commissioner.

Chief Presidency Magistrate, Additional
Chief Presidency Magistrate and Presidency Magistrate,
-
Revenue Officer not below the rank of
the Tehsildar,

Sub-Divisional Officer of the area where
the candidate and/ or his/her family normally residing,

Administrator, Secretary to the
Administrator or the Development Officer (Lakshdweep & Minicoy
Islands),
Relaxation in the requirement of marks for reserved category
candidates
Candidates belonging to the following categories, who apply for admission
on the seats reserved for them, shall bb allowed concession in the
requirement of marks as detailed given below :
Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes
Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes shall be
allowed 5 percent concession in the requirement of marks, wherever
applicable,
Mode of sale of the Information Bulletin and the application form
The information Bulletin containing the application from can be had
against payment of Rs. 200/- in case if required by post Rs. 250/- of by a
bank draft drawn infavour of President M.D. College, Agra.
Registration Fee
All candidates seeking admission to the each programmes are required to
pay Rs. 500/- as registration fees by D. D. duly crosses from any branch
of the nationalised bank in favour of M. D. College. (payable at Agra)
Cheque/ M.O./I.P.O will not be accepted and consequently the application
will be rejected. At the cover leaf of Bank draft the candidates must
write their name, application No. phone number and photo copy of the both
side of the draft must be kept for personal record and future reference.
In any case the registration fees deposited will not be refunded.
Admission procedure for B.Ed.
Test Conducted by the University and other seats shall be in the order of
merit which be prepared on basis of aggregate marks in graduation
(a) Degree Examination
(b) Test
(c) Interview.
